Michael Swenson brings over 40 years of experience to Michael Development. Formerly a Real Estate Manager at Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, Swenson managed and leased over a million square feet of shopping centers and 23 multi-housing properties. Swenson also holds a variety of property investments in retail, student housing, apartment living and government buildings.
Swenson formed Michael Development in 1987 as a real estate holding and Development Company. He now leads a team of real estate professionals in the acquisition, development, financing and management of properties throughout Minnesota.
